Payment Terms & Refund Policy

1. Scope
These terms apply to consumer purchases (B2C) made on Healthy by AI. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this Payment Terms & Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. For AI-generated training output, also review our AI Workout Disclaimer.
2. Prices, Billing, and Payment Provider
- Prices shown at checkout are leading and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely via Mollie.
- You authorize us to charge the selected subscription plan based on the interval shown at checkout (e.g., monthly or annual).
- If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited or paused until payment is successfully completed.
3. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
- Paid access starts only when you actively initiate and complete a payment.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
- Each paid period has a fixed end date shown in your account/subscription page.
- When the paid period expires, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan unless you start a new paid period.
4. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU/NL)
If you are an EU consumer purchasing at a distance (online), you normally have a 14-day withdrawal right.
For digital services/content supplied immediately, you explicitly request immediate access and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost once performance starts, where legally permitted.
5. Refund Policy
Our standard policy is no refunds for completed billing periods, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
- If a legal withdrawal right still applies and has not been waived/lost, you may request cancellation and refund within the legal period.
- If there is a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us so we can correct it promptly.
- This policy does not limit any non-excludable rights you have under applicable law.
6. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can investigate. We may suspend account access where there is a fraudulent payment risk or unresolved chargeback.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are communicated by updating this page and the "Last Updated" date.
